Drew came out and took measurements and gave us options for piers for water conditions, we decided on the polls dock and love it, they did a great job removing the old pier and putting in the new one.

The DockShop has been a lifesaver for us! We use our family home on the river as a vacation spot these days so we aren’t always there, and we need to be able to rely on someone to help us with our boat situation. They came through for us with a new lift in a very short amount of time and rearranged all sorts of details to get it installed (and did a great job). Then they came and installed new canvas for us and also removed it for the winter when we couldn’t be up there. I know I can RELY on these people! And that is the BEST feeling in the world. A+++ products and service and truly caring professionals! If I could give 20 stars, I would.

I am very happy with our new dock, as well as the interactions that I’ve had with everyone at the business. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated as a valued customer, even prior to my purchase. Everything was explained to me in detail, and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Once the purchase was made, a tentative installation date was set up and the dock was installed quickly. I recently had to contact the business because my dock had shifted due to the unusual winter we had, and I was pleased that they were able to schedule a crew to come out and reposition it in about a week. (Because of our rocky lake bottom, the dock had to be anchored to the bottom with 4 heavy concrete anchors instead of posts driven into the lake bottom.) Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous and treated me with respect. The installers were very accommodating and pleasant, even though they work in less-than-ideal conditions. I highly recommend DOCKshop to anyone that is considering a dock. Another very important factor for me is they have great customer service….something that is sorely lacking in most businesses today!

Several years ago, we bought a Shoremaster boat lift from Travis. We were so impressed with the product, product knowledge and installation that we returned to the Dockshop when looking for a new dock. Steve’s expertise when helping us select and design our dock was first-rate. I appreciate how his only concern was to meet our needs and make us happy. There was absolutely zero high-pressure sales involved. Three weeks later, we returned to our cottage to find the boat dock expertly installed. It is absolutely beautiful! And while installing our new dock, the crew noticed that our boat lift had been installed crooked (by another company) so Travis’ crew also adjusted the boat lift so that it was level. That’s the kind of people you are dealing with when making a purchase from the Dockshop. If you are looking for high-quality products, expert installation and the very best in customer service, Travis, Steve, Ben, Keith and Drew are your guys. We simply can’t recommend them and the Dockshop enough!

They always take care of the customer. We had an issue with our lift and they took care of it quickly. They always take the time to answer questions and don’t make you feel rushed.

There simply is no better place to go for docks, lifts & service than the DockShop. We own 2 ShoreStation lifts, one for a pontoon boat and a second one for a small fishing boat and have enjoyed nothing but incredible treatment as customers purchasing our lakefront equipment or needing service. We couldn’t be more pleased! After gutting a cabin, our attention turned to the 50-yr. old heavy, rusting steel dock. Not only was our new dock light and easy to put in and take out, it’s easy to adjust if it ever becomes necessary. And when we decided to add a section a year later, the fact that it’s an integrated system made it a no-brainer to incorporate. Professional, yet very friendly service was a pleasure!

They did what they said they would do in the time they said thy would do it with a quality product. Can’t ask for anything more.

We had a broken lift cable 3 days before the Fourth of July holiday weekend. We were having our family over for a long 4 day weekend. With the broken cable, we had to take our pontoon out of the water. I called Dockshop and talked with Drew Mosley who I’ve dealt with before. I explained my problem. He came over that afternoon to confirm the problem. He stated that this was their busy season but that he would do the repair himself to get it done for the holiday. He came at the end if his long day at 7:15 and was able to get it done. Thanks to Drew our family can enjoy the holiday weekend and have fun on the water.

Drew was absolutely wonderful to work with when purchasing our swim raft. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He set up the whole system for our family with helpful hints and delivered to our lake place! He even went out of his way at the boat landing to help land a speed boat for someone that was struggling!! What great service. We are looking forward to working with him for a new ShoreMaster system!

Drew and the guys working with him have been amazing! We have a unique situation with our shoreline and the type of boat we have that made getting our lift set a real pain. Drew was at our house multiple times, working hard until they came up with a solution. I would definitely recommend these guys for your dock/lift needs.
